You do the showings and most of the work. We supply you all the necessary paperwork, sign and etc.. Option B - Full Service is 1% listing commission to be paid at closing. (plus the standard 3% buyers realtor commission which equals a total of 4% commission instead of the usual 6 or 7% commission; saving you a total of 2 or 3% commission). This adds up to a savings to be as much as $9000 on a $300,000 home. Option C - Full Service Plus is 2% listing commission to be paid at closing. (plus the standard 3% buyers realtor commission which equals a total of 5% commission instead of the usual 6 or 7% commission; saving you a total of 1 or 2% commission).
